'load' is entries.load() (#496): a full fresh start that clears History, never merged with 'user''s undo record. 'sync' is entries.syncAll() and entries.syncChanges(): a diffing write that records no undo step and erases no Redo — a server refresh is not the user's own edit, so History stays local. 'engine' arrives with its own producer. 'load' was first reserved for the withdrawn apply door's skipped-write meaning — a different meaning than the one #496 gave it; if apply ever returns, its origin needs its own word.
