BarSpanKind = "exact" | "clipped" | "minimum" | "fixed"

What barSpan did to a bar's painted [x, x + width) extent — 'exact' for the entry's own span, painted whole; 'clipped' for that same span cut at a content edge, so x/width are not the entry's own start/end (#436 branch review — a plugin that wants the entry's real dates reads the entry, not this geometry); 'minimum' for one barSpan widened to reach minBarWidthPx, and possibly shifted or width-capped to stay inside the content; 'fixed' for a Bar that carries its own box (ADR 0022), also possibly shifted or width-capped. Named once so barSpan's return type and FrameBar.span read one type instead of repeating the union.
