Interface: PlaceQuery

One place to answer about: an Entry, the parent it would land under, and the parent it sits under
now. parent is undefined for a place at the root; currentParent is undefined for a
root Entry, and for one entries.add() has not placed yet.
Each of the three is the same FieldLockQuery shape a lock rule reads. A rule reads the id as
place.parent?.id. A rule for a subtree writes place.parent?.isDescendantOf(root), with no
lookup of its own.
