formatStartAndEnd(value, ctx): string

A Formatter for a pair of dates, date only: the start's own day, and the last day the pair covers. Mar 2, 2026 – Mar 4, 2026. joinStartAndEnd decides a missing side and a pair that reads as one date. Works for an Entry, a Bar, gantt.visibleSpan or any { start?, end? }.
