A Field formatValue: the last day a span covers, date only. Reads lastCoveredInstant(entry)
with value standing in for end — so entry.end never has to be value itself, letting a
consumer put this formatter on start too, where value === entry.start shows the start's own
day. No midnight check and no format sniffing: a timed end still steps back one millisecond and
shows the day that lands on. A blank cell for no value.
