Saturday and Sunday, a holiday list, any set of ISO weekdays. Shades each matching day whole — a
day boundary is a wall-clock boundary, so a 23-hour or 25-hour Saturday still shades as a full
Saturday. Walks the days that intersect the window (intersectingDays), so a window opening
mid-Saturday still shades the rest of that Saturday. Hides above 'day': a weekend at month zoom
is a smear across the grid, not two days.
The first day is its own parameter, so daysOfWeek() is a compile error (#404 review). A
builder that names nothing matches nothing, and notCovered() around it shades the whole window
— the very state EmptyCoversError refuses at the list door, reached through a cover that door
cannot see. dates() and spans() read the same way for the same reason.
