code: 'unknown-preset' — a PresetId string outside every table resolvePreset searched (S1.9; ladder search added #489). gantt.preset searches this Gantt's own zoomPresets before the shipped table (#489 owner ruling); gantt.zoomPresets and a shared TimeScaleModel's own preset have no ladder to search and stay shipped-only. ladderIds is empty for those two doors — the message then names only the shipped table, honestly reporting that no ladder search ran. operation names the actual door, the same reason InvalidPresetError takes it (C3/#482 review).
