Class: InvalidInstantError

code: 'invalid-instant' — a consumer wrote a value on an InstantInput field that names no instant. value is the thing they wrote, so a bulk loader can name the row it came from; reason is why, so a consumer branches on data rather than parsing the message. operation names the public call the consumer made — required, because time/'s internal door (invalidInstant()) takes it as a required parameter too, so no caller can forget it (#242).

The two private static readers below build the message from value/reason alone — no shared state, nothing beyond what this one class already carries — the same reason PluginSetupError above keeps its own alternate constructor rather than reaching out of the class for one.
